5K Fit Camp:
Female Fit Camp's new addition!  5k Fit Camp is a program designed to bring you from a walker to a runner in our 12 week beginner's plan, or improve & increase the amount of time and/or speed that you run in our advanced beginner/intermediate plan. 
Join our 5k Fit Camp and discover how a few extra steps a week can enhance your overall health and well-being. This program is for all fitness levels, from brand new exercisers and/or runners to those already running in 5K events. This is an excellent and safe way for ANYONE to “learn” to run, to be a runner! You will experience a sense of self confidence and such an awesome feeling of accomplishment like never before! You can do this! This experience will truly change your life!

5k Fit Camp:
held on Tues/Thur mornings with two class times:
5:30-6:15am  & 6:15-7:00am 
and Tues/Thurs evenings from 6:30-7:15pm!



5K FIT CAMP:
Morning & Evening Classes RUN 6 MORE WEEKS BEGINNING 7/20
