Holly has nearly 10 years of training experience. Including time with Las Vegas Athletic Club and 24 Hr Fitness. She has a strong background in body sculpting, weight management, and defense training. Holly has trained in a variety of martial arts as well as competitive kick boxing.
Holly's background suites her to train men, women, children, teens, and the elderly. Her knowledge and skill range from body building to yoga, from pre-natal to senior fitness.
