Who should use the Online Training Facility?
Any motivated athlete looking to increase their sports performance with their own customized program. Coaches also use our program to build team workout programs
What are the advantages of training online?
Athletes can train as their schedules permit in their very own settings
Do I need training equipment or access to some type of workout facility?
No! Whatever training equipment and/or tools you have or don’t have, we can still design an effective program for you
Will this interfere with my teams workouts?
Not at all. Let us know what type of workout your coach has you doing (plyos, strength, etc.) and we build a program that compliments what you are currently doing with your team
Who builds the programs?
Daimond Dixon, a Certifed SPARQ Trainer and sports performance coach(see BIO page)
How customized are the programs?
Specific to your sport, position, goals (faster, quicker, stronger, etc.), and what tools (if any) you have access to (weights, cones, ladders).
Are workouts easy to implement?
Yes! Workouts are emailed in an excel format with plenty of illustrated graphics. Plus you are provided with email support
Trainer Bio and Testimonials

Daimond Dixon was a walk-on member of the University of Miami (Fla) 1991 National Championship Football Program, and witnessed first hand what it takes to build competitive athletes into elite performers. After college he went on to play over a decade of minor league football for several mid west football teams.
He has trained athletes in the art of Sports Performance the past 10 years and is a Nike SPARQ Certified Trainer, having the distinction of being certified in a nationally renowned testing protocol used by Nike at its sports camps and clinics across the country.
His athletes have included those from sports such as football, soccer, hockey, baseball, basketball, lacrosse, rugby, softball, swimming and MMA.
His belief is that an athlete can enhance their overall speed, agility, quickness, strength and explosive power through hard work and dedication.
