Customized Programs feature: Illustrated exercises and drills in each workout-Each customized workout is fully illustrated exercise by exercise, drill by drill so that you gain the maximum benefit from each workout. All set/rep ranges are covered in workouts prgressively. Email supervision- All training progress is monitored with Sports Performance Coach via email as you workout your way through your program. Printable workouts-Workouts are contained in an athletes very own online account (see below) in a quick view calendar format. USERNAME/PASSWORD gives athlete membership access to other Online Sports Performance Facility Features (see below) for the duration of their custom program period.
