   Do I have to be in the same city or state as you???
A:
  Absolutely NOT!!! The whole system was designed so that you can pick and choose your trainer and your program without the hassle of what ifs and why nots. Your programs are specifically designed to your fitness goals and wants and sent to you via email as well as accessible via the online website you gain access to.
 
Q:
   How do I know what Im doing when I receive my emails?
A:
   YOu can log on to the site at any time and get a fully animated version of the exercise assigned to you on any workout.
 
Q:
   Will there be a trainer involved?
A:
   Most definately! You will have access to a trainer to get all of your questions and concerns answered and problems worked through.
 
Q:
   HOw does the trainer know what I need?
A:
   The trainer works with you on a one on one basis. You give us the information prior to starting the program a trainer goes over the information youhave honestly supplied them with and you and the trainer get together( via web or phone) and further discuss what needs to be done and your goals.
 
Q:
   What about motivation? I am not sure that I can motivate myself enough to  do it alone.
A:
   Your trainer is there for you!!! When you need your trainer you have access to your trainer and we work out a way to help you over whatever hump you may be stopped by. Trust me its easy.
