DesignFit has really helped me get active.  I am the worlds worst at
not exercising.  My main objective has been for years that I want to
loose weight but I never wanted to do exercises. When I met the owner and
she explained to me the things I needed to do and I began doing most of
what she said the results have been unreal. 
  
  DesignFit is amazing the programs are designed for you and you only
to do them in the comfort of your home where there are no groups of
people that sometimes make you feel uncomfortable.  I challenge you to try

  I use to laugh when one of my friends told me about a site that can help me get in shape from home. Until I signed up!  This site has helped me lose 12lbs in  3 weeks and I am just amazed. I logged on received my workouts through my email and no matter what time I got home I could log on and see how to do the exercises properly. All my questions were answered and I received so much motivation from Layne I was able to stay on track.
  Im never bored with the workouts and it keeps me doing the latest exercises. I would recommend this site to anyone who does not want to fight with the rush of the gym.

  My husband got so tired of me saying I wanted to get in shape but not knowing where to start so he got me a gym membership. I just knew that this was the beginning of my new beginning, boy was I wrong!
I went in there and had no clue of what to do with the machines they had and when I asked  trainers for help they tried to charge me so much for a consultation. I left there and was so disgusted.
  I was surfing the net and I came across DesignFit_XL and though I was skeptical I decided to sign up. I looked at the fees and what all the site offered and I was amazed when I started receiving my workouts. I was so anxious to try out the workouts. I questioned how they can know where to start me off at without killing me and the workouts were amazingly on point. I was challenged in ways I did not thinl I could be challenged. I always thought I had to have someone yelling at me. The funniest part of this  was when the same trainer who tried to charge ma an arm and a leg came up to me in the gym and asked me where I got my workouts from.
