Tell me how much time and how many days per week you will commit to exercise! Your workouts are scheduled around your availability for training! Once a week or five times per week, twenty minutes or ninety -- I will make your time efficient.
Tell me what kind of equipment you'll be using! I will personally assemble your sessions for you whether you're training at a fitness center, a home gym, or only using a few resistance bands in your bedroom.
Send me your written post-workout feedback via E-mail, or web cam video of your workout! At least every week, I will assess, update, and alter your workouts as necessary. There will be NO guesswork and you will not be given a generic workout. This is specifically formulated to get you from where you are now to where you want to be!
I dont just handle the general population. This amazing breakthrough program illustrates and explains various forms of stretching, pilates, yoga, injury rehabilitation, prenatal exercise, postnatal exercise, exercise for diabetics, and sport-specific training. Every health limitation or concern is taken into account. All you need is the motivation; I handle the kinesiology and the explanation.
