Welcome to my online training site, where we will work together to create a customized fitness program for you that is based on your goals, your body, your equipment, and your availability. Each program I create for you will be packed with motivation and accountability which will help maximize your results. I look forward to working with you & helping you reach your goals! In addition to the savings of online personal training compared to training privately with me, you will have the benefit to train at your convenience - anywhere, anytime. As one of my clients, you will have full access to me through email and I will be able to track all of your workouts.

Fitness has always been a part of my life. I have an extensive background in teaching group fitness classes such as boot camp, kickboxing, sports circuit, total body conditioning, urban rebounding and abs & core conditioning. I am also a multi-certified Personal Trainer and a certified Spinning, and Kicboxing Instructor. Growing up, I competed in a variety of team sports such as gymnastics, soccer, softball and tennis. Snowbarding, skydiving and traveling are what I like to do for fun.

There are so many challenges we face today when it comes to keeping fit and healthy. I am dedicated to teaching my clients how they can overcome daily life obstacles when trying to achieve and maintain their fitness and weight loss goals. I have an extensive background in designing workout routines that are created to match the needs of every individual’s fitness level. My goal is to motivate, encourage & teach my clients the importance about making exercise an important part of their daily routine.
